Exchange Policy

At EMDEE, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive an item that doesn’t fit or you would like to exchange it, we offer an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Exchange

• Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
• The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in its original condition.
• The original packaging, tags and any accessories must be intact.
• Products showing signs of use, washing, damage or alteration will not be eligible for exchange.
• Exchange is subject to product availability.

How to Request an Exchange

Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery and provide your order number and reason for exchange. Our team will guide you through the exchange process.

• We offer exchange only. Refunds and cash returns are not available.
• Delivery charges for exchange may apply.
• Items purchased on sale or under special promotions may have different exchange conditions.
